What is Shilajit?

A natural resin found in high mountain rock. It has been used in Ayurveda for centuries as a rejuvenative tonic (medhya rasayana).

How long does one jar last?

Each 30g jar has about 60 servings of 300mg, roughly two months at one serving a day.

Where do you ship and how much?

We ship to Canada for a flat 7.99 CAD and to the United States for a flat 12.99 CAD, no matter how many packs you order. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days with tracking.

Can I return it?

For health and safety, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

How should I store it?

Keep it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Shelf life is 2 years from the date of packing.

Who should not use it?

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have chronic insomnia, kidney disorders, gout, or are prone to kidney stones. Talk to a healthcare practitioner first if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, high iron levels, chronic allergies, viral infections or prostate conditions.
